A few recent shots of my bike from today...

I know it's been a while since I posted photos of the bike, so today I snapped a few with my wife's new Sony Cybershot. Since "finishing" the bike, I have made a few minor changes.  Namely, I removed the crappy eBay mirrors and put the stock mirrors back on. The eBay mirrors were not really long enough to adjust into a position where I could see more than my shoulders, and they were just a little to obnoxious anyway.   So I put the stock mirrors back on and I think I will keep them on until I find a better option.

I also changed the rear sprocket to a black one I found online and did a quick head light grill mock up with tape just to see if I like it.  I'm not sure if I will build an actual grill or not.

  1. Awesome job! I too am in the process of building a Japanese Street Style TW! I"m curious as to what gauge cluster you went with? Do you have any pictures of it on the bike? Thanks!

  3. Thanks man! I'm in the process of waiting on a pretty big order from web bike Japan too! How long did yours take to get to the States? And one more thing, where did you get your black rear sprocket? Thanks!

  4. Webike does not ship untill they have your whole order together. IIRC, my order shipped about 3 weeks or so after I placed the order, and I got it in about one week via EMS. The black rear sprocket I found on eBay...check this item #: 110960083929 - I think I just emailed the seller and bought a sprocket only from him...
